The document shredder does not turn off; it runs in "continuous mode".
Please first check if the light barrier on the paper insertion slot is dusty. This is located exactly in the middle of the insertion slot and can be cleaned using a dry brush or with a soft cloth. If you notice that the cutting unit is stiff, oil the cutting shafts and then restart the machine. If the error cannot be solved by the described procedure, please contact our customer service.
