The machine is still only running in reverse.
The paper detector/ rocker switch in the insertion slot is defective. Please contact our customer service.
The machine is clogged and so does not work any more.
Try to soften the cutting unit with plenty of oil. Please make sure that there is some paper in the collecting container to avoid unnecessary soiling. Once the blockage has been softened a bit, try to push it downwards using a thin piece of cardboard. If this does not remove the jam, please contact our customer service.
