The HSM Academy is a central part of our company. In addition to internal offers for our employees, the diverse training programme is aimed particularly at customers, dealers, operating personnel and interested parties.
The range extends from data protection seminars to technical and sales training and even individual employee courses.
In the modern training centre at the Frickingen site, visitors experience our product world of office and environmental technology live and hands-on over an area of 500 m².
Data protection seminars
The idea of offering seminars on data protection was the initial impetus for founding the HSM Academy. These seminars are aimed primarily at HSM dealers. The goal is to get to know this highly sensitive issue in detail and provide the end customer with the right advice regarding the appropriate size of his document shredder and the correct security level.
Product training course
Extensive know-how, convincing arguments and technical expertise help assure your customers that you are the right partner for them. That’s why the aim of HSM Academy is to give you a decisive advantage in terms of information and expertise. We specifically select the topics and content of our seminars so that they relate to real-life situations.
Service training courses
Our service training is aimed at training service technicians and service personnel. The training content is tailored to your needs. The focus is on operation, maintenance and repair of HSM products.
