HSM HL 4809 / HL 7009:
Efficient, save costs and time thanks to automatic loading

The horizontal baling presses with automatic loading or bevelled hopper offer an efficient solution for compressing material – also when loaded continuously. With the integrated hyraulic lifting/tilting device, the loading process is fast, simple and safe, minimises the staff requirement and saves valuable working time.

The high pressing power results in bales of up to 600kg which enables an optimum HGV load and therefore optimizes your logistic processes. Benefit from this powerful, cost-saving technology and increase your efficiency!

Our customers – our best recommendation

More revenue, lower costs – this is how baling pays off

In the production of our high-quality upholstered furniture, large quantities of foam offcuts are generated daily during foam processing. We now compress these with the new HSM HL 3521 S in significantly less time than before. Thanks to the simple and intuitive operation of the HSM press and the use of Quick-Link wire, we were able to considerably reduce setup costs. The bales weigh between 350 and 400 kg and therefore contain up to 50% more material than before.
This makes selling the bales more profitable and saves costs for storage and transport.
