2007-11-02 - HSM finished the K 2007 successfully

From 24th up to 31st of october 2007 Messe Düsseldorf opened their gates for the K, the world-wide leading fair for the plastic and rubber industry. Over eight days 3,130 exhibitors had the chance to convince approximately 242,000 specialized visitors from all over the world of their products. On 96 sqm HSM presented itself as specialist for the lasting compaction of PET bottles and for the pressing of foil, cardboard and special materials, like hard plastic (e.g. Television and computer frames).

The HSM Crusher 1049 SA showed impressively its ability and perforated during the entire fair piles of 0.3 l PET bottles. Once crushed, the volume of the bottles is reduced up to a quarter of its original size.

 

The next step was the newest model of the HSM baling press program: V-Press 860 P/S was developed with a pressing force of approximately 420 kN particularly for the pressing of PET bottles and robust material. The press convinces by its solid construction and a result, which is highly respectable.

With our crushed bottles the weight of one bale is approximately 350 kg!
