2007-09-28 - HSM successful at the FachPack 2007 in Nürnberg

From 25th to 27th of September 2007 the FachPack 2007, the trade fair for packing solutions, took place in Nuremberg. Altogether 1,326 exhibitors faced 33,975 specialized visitors, from those approximately 84% came from Germany. HSM convinced on an 50 square meter exhibition booth as well known manufacturer of baling presses and solutions for the production of packing material.

Out of the HSM vertical baling press product range V-Press, three machines were shown, in order to give to the visitor an impression of the variety of the product range. The smallest machine was the V-Press 610, which is the compact disposal solution for the pressing of cardboard boxes or foils on smallest area. The representative from the middle segment was the V-Press 820, that, thanks to its powerful motor, its ergonomic design and its sophisticated and innovative technology, combines all advantages of a baling press into one machine. The V-Press 1160 is with a maximum bale weight of 550 kg the top model of the HSM V-Press product range. Due to its size, cost efficiency and capacity, the HSM V-Press is incredibly well-suited for industry, manufacturers and retailers alike. With this compact baling press you can reduce the volume of your on-site packaging material by up to 95%!

A further highlight on the FachPack 2007 was the HSM ProfiPack 425. It instantly converts the bulky used cardboard packaging of goods delivered to you into a versatile, and more importantly, free packaging material. This then becomes highly effective in protecting your goods from the rigours of transport. Operating the conversion genius is, as demonstrated live on the HSM booth, a child's play: the used cardboard is simply pushed into the feeder slot, drawn in by the cutter rollers and processed into a cardboard mat with an airy meshing structure. The corrugated cardboard is not only perforated but crumpled by special cutting shafts and also cut to the required width at the same time.
