2007-03-22 - HSM forms subsidiary in Poland

“Spaar Sp. Z.o.o.” has been a long-standing distributor for HSM office technology in Poland and has worked successfully together with HSM since 1999. It has now been integrated into the newly founded HSM Polska subsidiary. This move secures HSM direct market activities with existing structures and a well-established sales organisation. The platform also serves to emphasise the field of Environmental Engineering with just the same focus as Office Technology.

The Spaar workforce has been completely taken on and will work for HSM Polska in the future.

With a well-equipped spare parts store, trained service staff and short, flexible response times, Spaar offers an ideal range of services, excellent products as well  as advice. All of this continues to guarantee the new company's positive image and ensures customer loyalty including a sound basis for actively developing further markets. More sales and service centres are being planned in Poland for the future to continuously promote regional market operations on a local basis.

Mariusz Karpinski is the new managing director and will be responsible for developing HSM Polska.
