2006-12-21 - HSM knows what customers want

The colour white is more popular than ever. White not only refreshes the senses, but matches any surroundings and is primarily associated with happiness, purity and innocence. White shows off the design of an object like no other colour does. White is the motif for HSM at the Paperworld 2007.

 
Under the slogan “the future is white”, HSM will be presenting its brand-new shredder range at the Paperworld in Frankfurt,24.01 - 28.01.2007, this time at a larger stand (Hall 3, D 85). This is an entirely new generation of machines with new features, increased performance and trend-setting design.

HSM has been building up the excitement in the run-up to the fair, in order to excite the curiosity of visitors. A specially conceived international advertising campaign contributed to this, referring to the websites www.die-zukunft-ist-weiss.de in German, www.the-future-is-white.com in English and www.il-futuro-e-bianco.com in Italian. These websites not only stimulate their visitors' “growing yearn-ingfor clarity”, but also draw their attention to “the aestheticisation of the everyday” and the “quest of optical clarity”. The messages are accompanied by gentle tones, making them unforgettable to the visitors.
 
The large posters, which can be seen at the Frankfurt exhibition halls and elsewhere, depict small piles of shredded paper. Only the links to the websites www.i-used-to-be-a-love-letter.com and www.i-used-to-be-a-bank-statement.com give the reader an idea what the documents might have been before they were shredded.
