2005-12-15 - Improved Customer Service in France

"Always close to hand" is one of our priorities. We live out this company philosophy every day and it was the motivation for the opening of our new showroom in Paris close to Charles de Gaulle airport. Many of you, our customers, are located in the Paris area, therefore we decided to give you the opportunity of testing and evaluating our machines at your leisure onsite. The new showrooms will also house the training programmes which are available to our customers.

In addition, as part of our strategic organisational development review, all processes - from drawing up offers to after-sales service - are being analysed in detail and correspondingly optimised in terms of their customer orientation. In this context, all back-office processes are being restructured and centralised in our headquarters in Germany. A national telephone hotline will provide a direct connection to company headquarters in Germany which will give customers direct access to French colleagues in our sales office or after-sales service department.

 
  

This will enable customer queries to be answered directly, quickly and efficiently in co-operation with the necessary specialist departments to ensure that you benefit from faster and improved service.
