2005-11-24 - Dealer association MGW votes HSM as one of the Suppliers of the Year

The MGW Office Supplies dealer association has awarded its prize for “MGW Supplier of the Year 2005”. HSM achieved an excellent fourth place – a considerable improvement on last year's showing.

The focus of these awards was, as always, on service aspects which contributed to optimising process costs and the evaluation of MGW partners in their roles as medium-sized companies as to how they viewed their co-operation with industry. Factors in this evaluation included price policy, complaint response, complete deliveries, correct goods intake, data quality, communications standards and supervision of plant and field workers.

As the evaluation of a total of twenty criteria was undertaken directly by the responsible employees in the partner companies, it provides a good basis for improving on-site co-operation.
