To assist this process, HSM have continuously evolved their machines and are now pleased to announce the third generation of some of their most popular, medium sized commercial models. All of these benefit from a range of improvements, both cosmetic and to provide higher performance.

The HSM models 104 and 105 have all been re-styled with a more curvaceous appearance. They also incorporate a viewing window in the front of the collection bin which both adds a degree of style and enables the user to see when the bag is full of shredded pieces or strips.

The electric motors, powering each of the machines, have been upgraded to a higher wattage, thereby providing faster operation and a higher sheet capacity. This is a key factor appreciated by users. The powerful 440-watt motors also contribute to greater reliability and less likelihood of the machine jamming when it is over-fed.

The popular HSM 102.2 is also available in a smart silver edition. While the operational characteristics of the machine remain the same, the two tone silver and charcoal grey colour scheme matches that of many PC units and peripherals for a higher-tech appearance.
