HSM Offers Extensive Choice of Bale Alternatives at RWM Exhibition, Including the New V-Press 860

One size does not suit all. When it comes to baling waste materials, there are many factors that determine the size of equipment required. The type and amount of material can have particular influence, as well as how the resulting bales are to be handled.

V-Press 860

At the forthcoming RWM (Recycling and Waste Management) Exhibition, HSM will be showcasing and demonstrating a number of balers from their comprehensive range. This will include the brand new V-Press 860,  a vertical baling machine capable of producing mill-sized bales that are optimised for both recycling and revenue returns and can be fully weather-proofed for external operation.

The new V-Press 860 is set to be the long term replacement for the highly popular 500VL range in the HSM portfolio. The good news is that the new baler features many of the functions and facilities that made the 500VL so popular, yet with an even more robust construction and at an even more competitive price. The V-Press 860 will further improve the much envied reputation for reliability and robustness already witnessed in the 500VL.

The V-Press 860 produces ‘Mill–Size’ specification bales and, thanks to a very high compression force acting on a platen over two thirds of the surface area, will provide a much denser, heavier, bale than many of HSM’s competitors’ machines. The ability to tie the bales with either wire or tape further contributes to its’ versatility.

Combination System SP50100

Because the HSM baler range runs from small machines, suitable for installation in individual commercial premises, through to large horizontal baling systems, that are ideal for siting centrally within a distribution or logistics operation, as used by Asda, Sports World, Dixons Group plc, etc, there is sure to be a machine to suit your requirements. The company will also be displaying at the RWM show an example of its combination shredder baler system for the disposal of confidential waste.
