DIN EN ISO 9001-2000

For HSM, quality includes two essential dimensions: Product quality and production quality (certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001-2000 is a natural quality element for us). Because they both go hand in hand, the HSM production has its own development department.

Innovative solutions are being developed and already existing solutions optimised in close contact with users. With great success - as demonstrated by more than 170 international HSM patents.

Quality assurance and commitment of the company to quality
An essential objective of the management is to achieve an above-average level in the areas of product quality, meeting delivery schedules and technical competence. Quality assurance according to the DIN EN ISO 9001-2000 standard is an obligation for the company and the right way into the future.

The product must be created under economical conditions, with permanent consideration of customer requirements and a permanent review.

We act according to mandatory quality principles, objectives and strategies.

Our on-going tasks are to improve our process flows and products, to prevent errors, to investigate the causes of errors and to offer the best conditions to customers (service, delivery availability, customer service, price, guarantee).

The required quality of purchased materials is achieved at optimum cost and according to schedule through the selection of suitable materials and careful selection and support of suppliers.

We are convinced that the quality of work of every employee directly contributes to product quality. Personal attention and meticulous actions help to either prevent errors or detect and eliminate errors early.

To ensure that all new ideas reach production as quickly and efficiently as possible, HSM works with highly modern computer systems, sophisticated software as well as closely linked CAD-CAM systems from the outline right on up to the finished product.

The HSM products are the best proof that this is the right concept. All of them are designed so that there is hardly any wear. Tolerances are observed so precisely that there are no unnecessary friction losses.

Exemplary efficiency is achieved with excellent designs which contribute measurably to the economical handling of material and energy.

Many concrete examples can be named - and therefore also many reasons for HSM to look with pride to the future.

But this is also a typical characteristic of demanding people: They are never content - and always want to be a little bit better.
