Our motto is “Made by HSM” – on state-of-the-art production facilities in our own factories, we guarantee that our products are always of the highest quality.

Made from solid steel on special machines, the cutting rollers are manufactured to the utmost precision. With absolute accuracy, maximum quality and process security, our production goes on round the clock.

We use high-strength, high-quality steel to ensure that HSM cutting rollers can even shred staples and paper clips without suffering any damage.

The cutting rollers last so long because each of them is hardened using a special annealing process. This increases the service life many times over.

Their exact manufacturing, high wear-resistance and low tolerances ensure that HSM cutting rollers work so precisely in the cutting apparatus of the shredders that there is almost no friction, all components mesh cleanly and the cutting process remains precise.

By using state-of-the-art machines, some of which are developed specially for HSM, we can ensure that manufacturing takes place with constant precision for the entire series. The processes are constantly monitored directly on the CNC machine and in the test laboratory.
